Hi, I’m Ricardo — a bilingual (English & Spanish) chef with over two decades of experience cooking in restaurants, large dining facilities, and private events. I trained as a cook in the U.S. Army, where precision, flavor, and service were everything. After years of feeding teams around the world, I decided to bring that same dedication home through Caito’s Kitchen — Latin with a Caribbean Soul.

I specialize in soulful, feel-good food inspired by my Panamanian roots and Southern comfort classics. From jerk chicken and rasta pasta to shrimp & grits and soul rolls, my goal is simple: great food, happy people, and moments you’ll remember.
